  Cold food 2 days in a row. Just moved to flatrock and McDonald's was a go to every morning for me in dearborn had 3 to choose from there

  I visited your establishment today for lunch, and initially my experience was pleasant. Unfortunately, it quickly became uncomfortable and deeply concerning due to the conduct of two individuals identified as District Managers, Kay and Ashley. They positioned themselves at a table in the dining area and appeared to use it as a makeshift office. During this time, they summoned an employee to sit with them and proceeded to reprimand her openly in the lobby. This conversation took place not only in full view of her colleagues, but also within clear earshot of patrons, including myself. What was particularly troubling, and frankly unacceptable, was their decision to discuss the employee's medical condition in a public setting, while criticizing her attendance in relation to that condition. This display demonstrated a severe lack of professionalism, discretion, and respect for employee privacy. Such conduct raises serious concerns regarding potential violations of privacy standards, including those protected under HIPPA, especially given that customers could clearly hear the discussion. I found this situation both disturbing and inappropriate, and it significantly detracted from my experience. I did go ahead and submit this to corporate as well.

  The last 3 times I've come to this location my order hasn't been right. The service is extremely slow. There is no accountability on getting orders right. I'm not saying this because I want free food. For the money people spend, we expect the order to be made as we order it! It's so frustrating getting home after waiting over 30 minutes in line to have your order messed up and missing food! I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes and go to another location for now! I will not spend my money at this location anymore!!!

  Horrible service need new workers Can’t even get our food right they had us pull up to wait for our food to come out. Had us sitting there for like seven minutes came out with four different bags that weren’t even ours. The other lady walking around with an apple juice looking for the customer very horrible when I got my food, we had half the items we paid for. I highly recommend that the HR gets their workers together or replace them.

  Our 10 piece was only 9 nuggets, but that is easily missed. They did not fill up the French fries either. We got 2 large and one medium... it looked like we had 3 smalls with how empty they were.
