    I’ve stopped at this McDonald’s quite a few times in my past not always the best customer service but today November 28th 2025 was the worst. The staff are very disrespectful and I’m talking about the managers. Very rude manager got upset with me because I had to come back into the McDonald’s and asked for my honey mustard dip for my chicken nuggets I spend enough money as it is and not to get what I ordered and what’s supposed to come with what I ordered. It’s not satisfactory. The big Mac was cold. The fries were cold. I threw the fries away. I only ate half of the big Mac and the chicken nuggets were cold. I will not return to this McDonald’s ever again. If I could give it zero stars, that’s exactly what I would give it because that’s exactly what this establishment deserves.

    I went this morning for a sausage egg and cheese bagel with no egg. Got my sandwich got to work and it was a bacon egg cheese bagel with literally 1 piece of bacon. Charged me like 6 dollars for 1 piece of bacon is actually insane. And the sandwich was wrong.

    we were half way thru ordering at the end of night (i understand this can be an inconvenience) and she cut us off and said they can only do burgers since it’s near closing time unless we wanted to wait, we said we would wait. then we continued to order and the cashier said okay we can’t do this order. we felt this was kind of rude since we were half way thru ordering, it would’ve been a different story if she said they were closed right off rip rather than giving up on our order halfway thru
