  I don't know why Flat Rock Jimmy John's sent the review, but anyway, I ordered the Greek gyro and the picture displayed looked really really good, but I ended up with a gyro Taco. I thought maybe I had the wrong order but when I asked the employee if I got the correct order I couldn't even tell you the answer he gave me. 😂 The Greek gyro was a, at best, a three out of five and not something I would order again. As far as the atmosphere goes, the music was heavy Rock metal, not something you would expect in a restaurant. I think it was obvious I was not happy with my lunch but the employees didn't seem to have an interest in that. Fortunately, Shannon ordered the number five and she was happy with her order. I would definitely and highly recommend Jersey Mike's over. Jimmy John's. As you can see in the picture that is more of a taco than your typical Greek gyro, especially if you compare it to the picture it advertises on the menu. SORRY but this was not the location we ate at. The location we went to was on TELEGRAPH IN MONROE.

  The management is absolutely terrible. The manager Collin has a terrible anger problem when I when to pick up my order It wasn't even my order. I told him to remake my sandwich he told one of the girl employees ( young dark skin female ) to do it and she remade the sandwich but she wasn't wearing no gloves and I said I'm no longer about to eat here no more.

  Slow. 3 out of last 4 orders something was missed. Never cut in half when ordered that way. New review: ordered online. I got stuck by a train and arrived 30 mins after my order was scheduled to be complete. When I walked in, worker asked if I placed an order online to which I said yes. She said they didn’t hear the order come through and they’d make it immediately. While waiting, a previous customer came back into the store with a wrong order. It was mine. They handed it to me, didn’t check to see if the other customer opened it. Luckily he did not. However, order and receipt called for peppers and sandwich cut in half. Both were not done. I asked to have peppers added and cut in half, they did so but not pleasantly. Too much jacking around in here, not enough focus on the job. I’m done coming here. Too many chances, too many issues.

  This is the worst JJ’s I ever been to. Freaky slow and they can’t even read the words on the bag of chips. 20 minutes in the drive thru waiting and I never even got my food.

  Last week , I ordered a sub from jimmy john's call the Gragantuan sub the service of getting the sub delivered to my place was perfect. But once I got the sub I ate about 3 bites of it, I noticed that the meat was sour and had a smell to it, I called them up I requested a refund. I have not gotten my refund back onto my card, I am very disappointed of Jimmy John's. I always liked their subs, but this time. I'm not gonna like them with no more.I'm taking a new route and I'm going to Jersey.Mike's a very disappointed that I did not get to service that I got I did nothing wrong.I'm still waiting for my refund and I never got it still to this day.
