I asked if they had another flavor and same thing, “no” as soon as I asked. His tone sounded rude and he obviously did not think about what I asked. maybe he was mad someone would want nondairy ice cream? weird. They DID have it in stock and it was available to order when I tried to on their website. That staff was so rude and lost the company business this time.

The drive-thru signs and lights still on, store lights still on. We sat at the speaker for 5 mins with no response but employees with their headsets still on were behind the window. Front door closed. Either the employees don’t feel like working or the manager/owner needs to update their posted business hours. Hard to give an accurate review when you can’t even order food.

We open lids when we got home and they each had about a teaspoon of chocolate sauce on them, not hot fudge. I called to complain to a manager which ended up being the same girl who worked the counter that you can't understand. After 3 times saying excuse me, she was trying to say Baskins yep thats right, Baskins is expensive an our hot fudge is watery. Moral of my expensive night with horrible ice cream. Go elsewhere.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
