This place is still just a shitty as all of the 1 star reviews say it is. We discovered it 2 weeks ago, order from here 3 times, twice banana splits, once was shakes. The shakes were good. The banana splits, they didnt have bananas or pineapples either time. I ordered extra nuts, they didnt add extra nuts, this time they barely put strawberry topping on it it at all. Only good thing is that they gave my husband a quart of ice-cream for the inconvenience, at least there was some customer service. We will find a different location and so should you. By all of the reviews here being 1 star, you can see that they dont care about their business, so neither should we. As a former Dunkin Donuts Baskin Robins store manager, corporate would be appaled at this level of neglect for one of their stores. They need to find a new franchisee.

They DID have it in stock and it was available to order when I tried to on their website. That staff was so rude and lost the company business this time.

I was disappointed that after taking my order and handling money she grabbed the cone with unwashed hands. Go somewhere else if yoI can.

While on the screen in the store, it was showing single scoop is $2.59. When I asked about the price of single scoop, I was told price on the screen is not updated and they charged me $0.80 tax for each scoop and then I asked Michigan tax rate is 6% percent, not $0.80. I was told the manager said charge that much. So, I'm not going there any more.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
