    I ordered online and they were closed but still took the money out of my account yesterday. I need a refund. Why was it still letting ppl order online ?

    They did not have Arby's sauce. Very disappointed about that.

    I have 1 problem with Arby's and get hit with it once in a while. Stop messing with the slicer thickness. The best Arbys roast beef is super thin sliced. When you thicken the slice to save time, you literally ruin the sandwich. This happened to me my last order. They weren't even busy. Just got me to get me. Arbys is my favorite. Why did you have to do me like that.

    This place would be sooo much better if the staff was friendly.. doesn't matter what time you come drive-thru or dine in seems to always be a rude unpleasant bunch..
