  On a recent walk I put in a pick up order through the Wendy’s app and selected to pick up inside (obviously since I was on foot). When I arrived the doors were locked yet there were multiple children inside running around so this confused me. As I sat outside trying to figure out what was going on, the service member they sent outside for me had a whole negative attitude towards me and treated me as if I was dumb for not trying to walk through the drive thru window. My assumption is that the kids were employees children who had to go to work with mom or dad that day. I have zero issue if this is the situation but the treatment from this location’s employees is not ok.

  Y’all to busy in their listening to music all my food was cold don’t go here go to the other Wendy’s and on top of that no sauces were in the bad I’m tired of spending my money to get cold food this store needs the old manger back with the old lady because idk what they doing now fries and nuggets cold I am beyond mad. STAY AWAY FROM PLACES THAT DONT VALUE YOUR MONEY

  Food is not fresh at all at this location if you get the value meals like the $6 for $6. I believe they purposely sell you old food with these meals and leave the more fresh food for the regular and higher priced combos.
