The line moved quickly, which I appreciated, and the staff were neutral but helpful. Not overly friendly, but not rude either. I ordered a steak bowl with brown rice and lettuce and a tractor lemonade. The steak had quite a bit of fat and gristle, which made it hard to enjoy. The chips were honestly the worst part of the food. They were stale, and some of them weren’t even greasy or oily — they were literally soaking wet with something watery. It was strange and definitely not fresh. The biggest issue for me was cleanliness. The bathroom requires a code, so I had to wait in line just to get access. When I finally got in, it was dirty, had no toilet paper, and there were several piles of what looked like feces on the bathroom floor. It also looked really dry — like it had been there for a while. That was extremely concerning. I didn’t even use the restroom. I left and went next door instead. Overall, I would not recommend this location. Speed is great, but food quality and cleanliness matter more.
