- CCCOTTONNov 8, 20251.0I was in this restaurant about 3 o’clock today on Woodward & 9 mile. 1st off we were told that they had no chicken and that there would be a 5 minute wait, which turned into 15 minutes. So, the line was backing up because we were just standing around, when the chicken finally did come up the preparer took the first person he saw instead of the 1st person that was told to wait. It gets worse, the guy with the dreadlocks (the preparer) was wearing an ear piece which fell into the pan of meat that he was standing over, he fished it out right away and was picking up the container of meat, Im guessing he was going to discard it but was told by the guy cutting up the chicken to put it back!!! (he motioned to him to put it back) No lie! So, now it’s my turn… as he’s preparing my order he says we’re out of pico!! SMH- they had peppers and onions but they were so dry I opted not to add them. This is the 2nd time we’ve gone to this establishment and had to wait because they were out of steak or chicken. I do not recommend this location because it’s unsanitary and not properly prepared to serve the public. I don’t know who the manager is but he or she is doing a horrible job at managing this restaurant. If I could I would give them no stars.
