Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. All of our ice cream is made using real milk. Since whey is a derivative of real milk, our ice creams contain whey. For whey-free options, try our non-dairy sorbets or ices, and frozen desserts.

Yes! You can order products online or through the BR App to be picked up at a Baskin-Robbins shop near you. Order your fave treats – like scoops, sundaes, beverages, and more – for pick up in as little as 15 minutes. Planning ahead? Try browsing some of our other items, like pre-packed quarts, fresh-packs, and cakes & pies, which are available for ordering up to 30 days in advance.

Product and customization options may vary by location. If an item is not available at a shop near you, we recommend checking other shops in your area to confirm availability.

Our fully customized cakes take at least 24 hours to create. Pickup times may vary by shop. Need one sooner? Call or visit your favorite shop and choose from a variety of cakes available for immediate pick-up.

Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.

Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily. Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members. Please note: Primary account holders will receive birthday coupons for the whole family

Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.

To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
