All in all it’s ok but could definitely improve on the cleanliness of both the food prep area and the dining room and be better prepared with the food item offerings being stocked and fresh.

Found out there was a back door that was open, but we didn’t catch that nor did anyone in the store point us to that (and the door that was locked was a main entrance on Woodward. Unfortunate experience.

They had almost everything, except they were out of fajita vegetables and were not making more. The guy that took my order was quick and polite. I had some issues redeeming rewards but he helped me make sure I could use them. Overall pretty good experience.

Get better workers, managers, something. I've been going to Chipotle's all over the country since the early 90s. Never been to a Chipotle this disorganized. Not even close.
- RDRakesh DRApr 12, 20264.0I visited this place in the night time but I made the mobile order so I didn’t wanted to wait the long line, the food was good I ordered the veg bowl. The staff were friendly and treated well. But if you are visiting in peak hours I recommend ordering ahead in the application or online just to save some time.
