  Im going to start with, I dont know if this is a new taco bell or maybe freshly remodeled but probably the cleanest taco bell ive ever been in. However LACKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Order kiosk these suck! Let me pay and talk to a human! Employee very rude because I asked if she could take my order, like I was an inconvenience! Really?? WOW! Then blamed the door dash person for taking an order that was for another customer in the store, ummmm. Not the door dashers fault that you put the in store order with obviously the wrong tag in the wrong location 6 feet from the counter. Great job on keeping the store clean, for sure need to have some training done in customer service.

  Order made incorrectly. Missing items. Messily thrown into a bag. The staff was rude when I asked for my missing item. I'll take my service back to Linden where they actually do their job and they do it well.

  I came to this location a few days ago, this was the most NASTIEST, UNFRIENDLIEST, AND DISGUSTING place I’ve ever been to; let’s talk about it… nasty? This is how, I was standing at the front counter placing my order on the kiosk I was thinking about eating in but I decided to place my order for takeout because the lobby was filthy and had crumbs of food on every single table I kid you not that’s not even the nastiest part about what I saw! I seen a very tall man with no teeth kind of a husky guy and he seemed to be a manager he was at the end of the food counter bagging up orders and I saw him transition to the drive thru window with white gloves still on and he opened the window and took CASH from the customer and cashed them out and then turned around with those same white gloves on and proceeded to go back to the line where the food is without washing his hands or changing his gloves and then proceeded to bag up food items and put the napkins we wipe our faces with in bag with said contaminated gloves. Unfriendly? This is how, as I was waiting for them to come and take my money because I chose to pay at front counter I was then approached by a short male who seemed to have an i don’t care type attitude and as he was approaching me there was no smile no how may I help you he just sneared at me “name?” And huffed and puffed right in front of me. I tell him my name and give him the money and he snatched it out of my hand and proceeded to place my change on the counter as if he didn't want to touch my hand. After that interaction I was waiting for my food and a kid approached me and kept asking me for money, kept trying to ask me if I had a dollar. I’m assuming this man he may know this boy or he may be his father because he shouted “BOY! SIT DOWN!” I’ve never known for people to bring their kid to work that is unprofessional to me this is a business not a daycare. Disgusting? This is how, I waited about 10 minutes for my food and when I got my food my hash brown was soggy and there was barely any eggs on my food and they drowned my food in sauce and it was so burnt from the grill like they forgot it was on the grill. I also ordered two Cinnabons and they were completely smashed and the coffee that came with my meal was cold and I wanted a hot coffee. There was a lot of talking going on back there and there was no customers inside and they only had 2 customers in drive thru so I don’t understand why it took 10 minutes for me to get my food. There’s too much talking going on back there and not enough working. I also wanted to mention I went in on a separate occasion and seen a mixed girl who was wearing a pink hair tie with black hair and she was standing at the end of the line bagging orders and I noticed she had no hairnet on and I watched her scratch the back of her neck WITH WHITE GLOVES ON and then proceed to bag customers orders with those same gloves on, I also noticed her talking over the headset and kept touching the food, and she seemed to have an attitude problem. I also overheard them making fun of the customer in drive thru, after they turned the headset off they then proceeded to talk about the customer and make fun of him and I find that very unprofessional. I don’t know who took over from the older lady who use to run this company, she was a sweetheart, but the new person CLEARLY doesn’t know how to run this business or keep the employees in line. I’ve been coming to this location for MANY YEARS, even before the remodel, and there use to be this older lady who did an amazing job on running this place and I haven’t seen her so she must of retired but whoever is running this place HAS GOT TO BE letting the employees walk all over them because this is not the atmosphere I remember. I feel like this store went downhill BIG TIME, and it’s sad to see as a long time customer, but I guess that’s the price you pay when you hand it over to unprofessional management.

  I see it's run by the same incompetent workers that can't take basic orders and make sure you get the right stuff. I stopped going to this location 5 years ago because of how pathetic the workers were. I see nothing's changed with the new restaurant. Thanks for screwing up my order...This location sucks!!!
