You pull in and no one comes to take your order, the line does not move at all, and you can literally sit there for an hour with absolutely no explanation. There is zero communication, zero urgency, and clearly zero management. When you finally do get service, the workers are rude and act like you’re an inconvenience for even being there. Then, after waiting forever, they basically throw your food into the bag with no care at all — items smashed, sloppy, and poorly put together. This place is beyond ridiculous. Fast food is supposed to be FAST, not a complete waste of time. The lack of professionalism and customer service here is unbelievable. I will not be coming back, and I don’t recommend this location to anyone unless you enjoy wasting your time and being treated poorl

Its a Saturday night and I think they have 2 people working. One to take the order and one to make the food. Brand new building. Should have spent the money paying employees!

The line doesn't move, and you're not allowed in the lobby. Why spend the money on the re model??
