Wow I ordered a double fish on the mobile app. After a twenty minute wait, and numourus people coming and going. I went inside only to be totally ignored by everyone. An elder lady finally went up and picked up a bag. Then told me door dash was over there. I told I was trying to find my order. Which she had in her hand. I took it ....it was cold. I am sure the manager saw me eye contact and totally ignored. Horrible customer service. And to the response below, your link came up with an error and didn't work.

Took 25 minutes for a mobile order, which I had placed ahead of time. When I asked for a refund, I was told they can not refund moblie orders. In my opinion, this is stealing. I was forced to accept a product that I didn’t even want. So if you are not satisfied, how do you go about a refund?

Someone there cant train new people. And who ever cussed me out. I hope you get fired. And you shouldn't. (Ever ever ever work in customer service. Or around people.
Someone sould be able to fix the orders of the person that dont know the program. And that's why none of the orders are write
I refuse to pay for food I did not order or receive.

I think this is a good McDonald's. I like to use the app to order ahead and then pick up my food curbside. The app works fantastically! I love the freebies and discounts. They always bring out our food hot, fresh and quickly, and everyone here is at least fairly polite. This McDonald's has the play area for kids still, I like that.
I've included a photo of a sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin that I ordered. It looks so good! This is the only time I've ever had fast food where it looked just like the advertisement. Look at that sausage glistening in the sunshine.
However, I can't stand the modern look that so many McDonald's have adopted - including this one. It used to have a fun red and yellow appearance, now everything is gray and brown and boring. McDonald's used to feel like a place to go with your children, now they're trying too hard to not look like a children's restaurant.
