  Ordered a mcdouble meal and a cheeseburger. Stood there waiting for 10 -15 minutes nothing. Two people who came in after me got there food and the drive thru was full and all of them were gone. Ask to refund my money so I could go elsewhere and what a inconvenience for them. I am done with McDonalds. Incompetence runs rampant in these places. Will spend my money elsewhere.

  Store has gone down since NEW management. Staff are very RUDE and DON'T know their job responsibilitys. Food is NOT COOKED or it's missing. Worst service, wait times are ridiculous. You can order via app spend your hard earned money just to be told when you arrive they don't have your items and they will try to replace them with something much cheaper in value and tell you they can't do a refund. You can arrive 15 minutes before breakfast ends and be told their no longer serving breakfast thats its lunch time.

  This was just sad the service was good I got my order and didn’t have to wait the place is clean over all and the workers are kind but when I got home I opened my burger just to see it was moldy I usually don’t give bad reviews but this is unacceptable and I didn’t want to go back there because I live far away I get food from there a lot but this was my last.

  When I went in the drive through I wanted to get the viral grinch meal and then all of a sudden, I rolled down my window and all I see is a big poster and it says sorry we’re out of grinch meals. So I began to tweak out so the lady asked, what do I want? I Said the Grinch meal, but she said they’re all out so I got a number nine instead, and when I picked up that food from her, it was cold. The burger was cheeks there was no pickles. Fries were soggy it tasted like a wet chinchilla. So guys, if you were gonna go get the Grinch meal, don’t pull up there McDonald’s is so cooked in 2025💀😭✌️🫩. So guys if you want the grinch meal go somewhere else don’t waste your time with them. 🫩✌️This is pmo rn
