- RBRiley BNov 15, 20251.0Waited at the counter for 10 minutes before someone helped us, which I can look by sometimes but the other events make this experience horrible. 1. The time stamp of the order was 12:20 however we did get the first drink by 12:30ish. However, by the time I got my food it was 12:50 and there was a long black hair in it. I hadn’t even gotten my own drink so we got a refund for the food and the drink that we were still waiting on (and hadn’t even began to be made). 2. What makes this more frustrating is that the people who came after us in line were all getting their items before us and the drive thru was getting cleared before the front was ever getting help. 3. We were polite when we asked for the refund but a staff member made it seem like we were inconveniencing her when we were the ones waiting nearly an hour just to revive 1 drink, no second drink, and long hair in the food. The staff member said that she couldn’t give us a printed receipt because they needed to keep it for her boss??? We took a picture of it, so at least that was settled. As someone who has worked in this business for 2 years, this was the place where fast food gets its horrible reputation as well as customer service

After 5 minutes I was served a rubberized bagel not toasted with an egg that literally disintegrated into mush when I touched it. Rude staff ignores you standing at counter - looks straight at you but won't say a word. Donuts are crusty and gross.
