- MCMike Cavanaugh4 days ago2.0I’m not a review guy. I work near here and in the last year I’ve probably ordered take out 10 times and tried to sit down at the bar 4, all for lunch. Of the 4 times I’ve tried to eat in I’ve gotten up and left twice before ordering because the whole bar area smelled like a bussers garbage can. When I order take out I get there before it’s ready, the wings are room temp and inconsistently sauced almost everytime, and 10out of 10 times I’ve had to request silverware and napkins. The drink has been missed 3 or 4 times. Ordered just now. The medium wings look like they sat out all day, and I had to go back in for the fries I ordered, as well as the silverware that I was reassured was in the bag before I left the first time. Gave you guys a lot of chances hoping they were just inconsistencies, but you are consistently the worst b dubs I’ve ever been to.

What should have took 45 min as initially estimated, took almost 2 hours since bww's lost our food. Also, whoever made the cost cutting decision to downsize the boneless wings, needs to be fired. They're nowhere near the size they used to be. And for the prices bww's commands, I'll be taking my wing business elsewhere.
