  Slow, mess up orders often and then leave you waiting up to 10 minutes for a correction.

  I placed an order yesterday around 1 PM for 5 dozen donuts and 6 jugs of coffee, scheduled for pickup at 8:15 this morning. The store confirmed and said it would be ready. When I arrived at 8:30, the manager informed me they could only provide 3 dozen donuts because I hadn’t ordered 24 hours in advance. I asked, “Then why was my order accepted, and why didn’t anyone call to correct the mistake?” There was no response—just a blunt, “I can only give you 3 dozen.” To make matters worse, the coffees weren’t ready until 8:45, well past the pickup time I had requested. The staff showed no sense of urgency, and the entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. I was late to my meeting and showed up with less than what was promised. I understand company policy but caller ID exist. I gave a call back number. Waiting to tell me day of is terrible service

  Very clean store. Service was friendly and quick. Donuts were absolutely delicious.

  They really need to learn how to move faster and be more efficient at their job! No one has 15 minutes to wait in line every single time they come here in the morning. Plz get your store running properly!
