In all reality I’ve had some negative experiences at other locations but this one really does well! I usually get delivery and in person but even when I go in I get treated well!

The young lady who cashed us out and took our order (septum piercing and curly black hair) had a rude demeanor, didn’t smile and never said please, thank you or have a good day. Then, the young lady who handed us our smoothie (blonde hair tied back), also never smiled, or said thank you, or have a good day…she just said “here you go” and had a pissed off look on her face. This was a drive thru order and I didn’t do anything on my end to warrant such rudeness. Maybe the employees need to take a class on basic manners/humanism. It was disappointing for my child to see such a bad example of human interaction in customer service.

Honestly I’d drive the extra minutes to another one, it isnt worth the hassle and the headache. It’s like you’re invisible when you pull up to the drive through.
