I really like subway but this location made me very upset. The lady at the counter has selective hearing and decided to charge me for one sandwich when I said specificly I want the meal of the day cold cut, no ham. I didn't get cheese or anything expensive on my sandwich. SHE said that's not a cold cut and proceeded to charge me full price for my sandwich and I didn't get my drink or chips. I think this location really needs better customer service. There's already nothing over here how can yall expect consistent customer flow?
- JOJ OSep 3, 20251.0I ordered my food thru the app and arrived at the restaurant at the time I was advised my food would be ready. My food had not been started yet. There was only 1 worker making the orders and he was very slow. After he finally made ny sandwiches he bags them up tosses them on the counter and says "HERE". I am not a dog and never should this happen to anyone visiting a restaurant. I filed a complaint and the only thing the restaurant owner did was say he shared the information with his teams in hopes this doesn't happen again. I wasnt offered a refund or even a free sandwich so I could come in and see if any change was made. I will never step foot in the establishment again and I urge others to do the same as well.
