- AMAsia MumfordSep 15, 20252.0My food is good when I come and it's clean but if I always the meal of the day but I don't want pork on my sandwich, why am I being charged full price for the sandwich? I really like subway but this location made me very upset. The lady at the counter has selective hearing and decided to charge me for one sandwich when I said specificly I want the meal of the day cold cut, no ham. I didn't get cheese or anything expensive on my sandwich. SHE said that's not a cold cut and proceeded to charge me full price for my sandwich and I didn't get my drink or chips. I think this location really needs better customer service. There's already nothing over here how can yall expect consistent customer flow?
