They have a good selection of the essentials with a focus on organic and whole food products. Their selection isn't the largest, and you won't always find your favorite national brand, but you will find high quality groceries. I've always found the staff friendly and helpful.

He didn't even have the decency to excuse himself after obviously colliding into me. Not many happy people working there. We didn't find any specialty organic egg nog in glass bottles from local creameries either.
