- VVVirat VardhanApr 14, 20261.0Very bad experience at Taco Bell. We placed an online pickup order for 12:45 AM and went through the drive-thru. The employee asked for the pickup name and said “hold on,” but after waiting 2 minutes with no response, we asked if the order was received or being prepared. She suddenly said “Don’t talk, I can’t make your order” and was very rude, even asking “Have you ever worked at Taco Bell?” We were just trying to confirm the order since she never told us to pull forward. Our order was also wrong — we swapped Supreme Chalupa to chicken, but they still gave us Supreme Chalupa, and none of the sauces we ordered were included ( like hot sauce ) . Very unprofessional service. Management should address this. We will not be coming back and will report this to corporate. 😡

Today they handed me a bag that was completely wrong and then made my order wrong afterwards. No sauce in the bag, no napkins. No fork. I had Cantina Chicken Nachos. SO Disappointed with Taco Bell. Used to a good option for lunch. Horrible at this location, 10 mile in Farmington Hills.
