  I’m writing to report several issues with a recent large group order placed by our team. Unfortunately, multiple staff members did not receive the correct items, and several orders were inaccurate. In addition, all of the breakfast sandwiches arrived cold, as though they had been prepared far in advance rather than fresh. Given the size of the order, this was particularly disappointing and impacted our team’s experience. We would appreciate your review of this matter and any steps you can take to address these concerns moving forward. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

  Dec 31st 2025, pretty much empty and I had to pick something up for my wife and I from here. It's been a while since I've been to Panera, and the lady behind the main counter/bread area was kind enough to help he guide to the pick up area, instead of waiting for a call-out. I ordered coffee as well with the syrup option, but didn't know where the syrup was, and she helped me out again by taking the coffee from me to the espresso bar and bringing it back. What she did NOT know is I'm recovering from a knee procedure, and didn't want to walk all the way to the bar and back. That minor gesture of kindness was something that could make anyone's day. So, thank you to that lady who helped me 12/31/2025 around 3:45 pm.

  Fast delivery we usually don’t have problems ordering here but this is not ok: the apples where rotten how they even gave fruit like this
