  I stopped in with a group of 10 seniors citizens after our tour at the Holocaust museum last Thursday and Ani and her team were absolute rock stars! They assisted the seniors with their orders and had all of our orders done in 10 minutes which was great because we had an hour drive back home

  They only had 1 guy working. Felt bad for him. The slowest service I’ve ever had with jimmy John’s. Would have taken shorter amount of time to dine in somewhere. The owner here should be ashamed.

  They didn’t have anything in stock and they have token over then 30 mins to make a sandwich with just chicken cheese and mayo

  I ordered my sub at 5:30 online, they knew I was in the store and it took over 45 minutes to get the sub.. so just be careful
