    Dec 31st 2025, pretty much empty and I had to pick something up for my wife and I from here. It's been a while since I've been to Panera, and the lady behind the main counter/bread area was kind enough to help he guide to the pick up area, instead of waiting for a call-out. I ordered coffee as well with the syrup option, but didn't know where the syrup was, and she helped me out again by taking the coffee from me to the espresso bar and bringing it back. What she did NOT know is I'm recovering from a knee procedure, and didn't want to walk all the way to the bar and back. That minor gesture of kindness was something that could make anyone's day. So, thank you to that lady who helped me 12/31/2025 around 3:45 pm.
