After waiting over 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or asking for my order code, I decided to go inside to claim it directly. The door was locked, but through the window it looked like a party was going on—more than 20 people inside. I tried calling the store, but no one answered. I returned to the drive-through and waited at the speaker again, since my order had already been placed. Another 10 minutes passed before someone finally responded and I was able to get my food. While the person who handed me the order was polite, the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time the night shift has delivered poor service.
