  We are sitting in line for more than 20 min and still have not. Had our order taken and I am stuck in line with upset autistic people not feeling it anyway still in line after 30 min of waiting behind 2. Cars. My autistic child dose not understand what's going on and if I drive off why she just wants her French fries. This has now made us not ever come to another McDonald's store again

  So December 29th 2025... At 10:15 a.m. waiting in the line for 20 minutes... In the Drive-Thru... To be told that they don't have any more breakfast..... That is the first time I've ever heard of that... That McDonald's need to be closed immediately... I will not be supporting this location.

  Place is alright during the day. Dont even bother going at night. Sign on the door says the lobby closes at 10 but multiple times the door has been locked at 8 or 9pm. On top of that the night crew is extremely un qualified. Orders are wrong half of the time, it takes nearly 30 minutes to get your food that you placed ahead of time to skip the line. Half the people in the drive through line already pre ordered online, why are you closing the lobby doors period let alone 2 hours early. These people clearly dont want to interact with customers. I try to be nice about working at places like this because i understand how frustrating it can be. But come on, it takes 5 seconds to grab a mobile order and give it to the customer. Theres no pay in store option so its not like you have to cash them out. Just hand it to them. Theres no reason the lobby should be closed im the evening especially when its causing the drive through line to be hecktic. I went to the Southfield location which is 3 miles away and the service was great with the lobby still open at 10pm. Its clear the orchard lake location doesn't want to deal with customers

  My burgers' bread was hard, didnt get any of the toppings correct, missed an entire burger.. People were nice but literally not one thing was correct in the order lol. 😅

  im tired of living in a world where i pay 14.19 and then i give a 20 and they only give me a 5 back because they have no change and then i give a quarter and i tell the guy to just give me a dollar (im still overpaying by 6 cents) and the guy says i cant do that. like what you mean you cant do that? you took 3 minutes to type 20 dollars into the screen and get it to show the change then you short me and I try to right it but the guy at the window cant understand math. So replace them with robots please.
