My name is Brittaine pronounce as Britney this was my worst experience here and I’m shocked at how I was treated.

Shortly after receiving an update that my order was on the way it was delayed several times causing a delay of well over an hour. I attempted to call the location where my order was made from and was placed on hold right after an employee answered my guess is it happened because it was close to closing and this is standard for that time. If you are going to push orders back to cancel then please have a cutoff time for deliveries.

You don't have to do double the work for the same pay. If you actually wanted to retain good employees, you could implement a gratuity fee above X dollars... buy your own greed won't allow this. You don't live on tips, you live on profits. None of you would last a week in a store, making the same pay. Start treating your employees like they actually matter!
