I waited 10 minutes or more for a medium Carmel coffee. I was told to drive around and wait for it and not once but twice I recieved the wrong order. Then was almost forced to take what I didn't order. I refused politely, because, just give me what I paid for regardless of what you heard me say. The customer is always right. Needless to say I ended up with two coffees...the other will totally be waisted unfortunately. But all is well. Its still my favorite location. We all have bad days right.
