- JKJenna Kusner1 day ago1.0Usually love Einstein’s, today there was no issue with service, that was great, however, the fact that the lady who helped me looked at this bagel and still though it was okay to sell, my bagel was HOLLOW on the inside… and I also asked for it to NOT be toasted and it was… disappointed for sure.

ALSO, I needed a remake of my bagel because I wanted the cream cheese on the side and the lady actually TOOK the old BAGEL, scraped all the cream cheese off, added it back to the container and reused it! THE MOST DISGUSTING THING IVE EVER SAW!!! Horrible horrible horrible
