Alright google, you asked for this, so I’m a long time fan of Wendy’s, been going to them since I was a kid, I recently moved to the area and was excited that one was so close, I went at 1 pm on a Wednesday, I don’t think I’ll be going back. All I’m willing to say is that it’s typical Wendy’s food, but the warmest thing on my tray that day was my soda cup with ice.

Can't rate the food because they never took my order. Literally stood at the counter for 10 mins, while one employee was mopping, which he didn't go back and tell them someone was at the counter, and the other employee looked at me twice and continued doing whatever. Definitely won't be back at this location.

Haven’t been here in a long time, now I remember why. I waited 20 minutes!!!! Cold, uncooked cheese fries and cold cheeseburger. You would think after that long of a wait the food would be cooked n hot!!!! So mad

Ordered mobile order 30+ minutes ahead of time. Got there at precise time for order and still waited 20+ minutes for our food. Frosty's sat on counter for 10+ minutes before food was put on counter. Then my wife got the simplest of foods a Jr. Cheeseburger that was missing everything she ordered on it (lettuce, tomato and mayo) just a leather piece of meat with half a piece of cheese. I could go on but I think you got the point. This isn't the first time this Wendy's has disappointed but pretty sure it will be the last.
