- RRRain4 days ago1.0Something was not right at that location they all sat there acting odd, then would speak robotically to us. At one point 4 of them just sat there staring at my wife and I through their drive thru window. They also got my order wrong there was a few condiments that where not supposed to be on the food. Customer service especially for the polite customers really has gone down hill at fast food chains these days. The hospitality and food industries need to just eliminate the need for human employees at their restaurants. I do not enjoy pulling up having a good evening with my family to have someone make us uncomfortable while getting our dinner for the night.
