    Everything was COLD. Nothing worse than spending 30+ bucks for disappointing food. Probably the worst McDonald’s in Bay City.

    My order was incorrect again. I called the Essexville location to get a resolution and was treaded rudely by Deb and when I suggested that order accuracy was important she became hostile and told me that I should not come to her restaurant because they can’t get orders correct. This left me grimacing. I definitely feel that a break from Mc Donald’s is a great idea. I appreciate the suggestion Deb. Thank you. Just to recap, a long wait for freshly made food that is wrong and then it is the responsibility of the customer to return and wait again for sub par service. It seems an uber eats credit would be in order as I do not feel I should be inconvenienced repeatedly because of consistently wrong orders. The only thing that seems to be consistent is inaccuracy.
