But worst of all they have a 90% chance of messing up my crunchwrap order. I choose the ADD chicken option and just about everytime with out fail they REPLACE the beef with the chicken instead. So not only am I paying more for the chicken to be added, but then they don't even give me the beef AND chicken. Just the chicken. Please hire people that can read :(

Ever since you guys got a new general manager, your food quality has gone to shit. The shift leads can’t do their jobs. It’s basically just a bunch of people just doing whatever they want when they want. Was warned not to get food from here and we should’ve listened.
