She opened the window to take my payment and then while she’s holding the window open to give me my receipt and card back she is having a conversation with a coworker about “explosive diarrhea”. I don’t think that is professional at all and she was team leader. I hope she sees this and it’s a friendly reminder to be considerate of the way you talk while handling food. Ruined my meal no doubt.

We walked in and he was leaned against the wall staring at the floor, so we ordered at the kiosk because he wouldn’t look up at us. He didn’t say a word the whole time. Our food came and we did not get our drinks so we went to the counter to ask for them and he did not come to us he just looked at us and then kept looking at the floor. Then when we finally got his attention and asked him for them and he literally didn’t say anything just walked away and got them. Bro looked pissed off and like he did not want to be there, and also didn’t do anything the whole time he was there. I heard another employee tell him to smile and he just continued to stand staring at the floor doing nothing. Store was clean and food was good, but this kid needs some more training because he acted like he was being held against his will.

A few of my friends have quit because of her as well. I left once I heard the screaming and everyone else looked uncomfortable as well.
