  This place constantly is out of Drinks and repeatedly getting orders wrong. The workers are extremely rude. It's like a real life Bon Qui Qui works here.

  After waiting 50 minutes in this long line, the car in front of me fell asleep, like a normal person I drive around the car only to wait another 15 minutes. At this point my kids are hungry and just want nuggets and fries and to go to bed. I finally get to the window and the heavy white lady, skinny white man and heavy black girl tell me to go back around. Confused, I tell them the car behind me fell asleep and my kids just want nuggets and fries. They proceed to yell telling me to go back around. I say ok, just know that I’m going to write a review and call corporate as well as write a letter. They are fine with all of that so here I am and I really hope they all get suspended. Poor customer service in a time with AI on the rise is sad. Just think, a poor rating, a lost customer and all you had to do was the right thing.

  Very rude and incompetent man at the drive thru. Has to be mid 40s (understandably mad that he has to work drive thru, but still no reason to be nasty). Repeated my order at least 6x at the drive thru and he still left things off and (with a nasty attitude) said I never asked for it. There were only 4 items, and I repeated it multiple times. When I politely asked for the correct sauced he closed window on me mid sentence. Just nasty AND incompetent. Pick one

  Every time I go there the frosty machine is down. And always gets orders wrong. That place is a joke.
