  Daughter placed a mobile order before heading to class she asked for light sauce and got 3 times the normal amount and even cold. So needless to say it was super sloppy and a total waste of money for her.

  Ive been to taco bell when its busy but the tacobell at 9 mile is closed due to power, so this tacobell is getting double buisness currently. They were so ridiculously busy, litterally like 30 cars wrapped around the building. And they were having their own issues with their system too. But I just was trying to get 1 quesadilla and Will had a good attitude and made sure I got my food even though I wasnt able to place an order at the drive thru microphone. If more fast food places had employees like Will then they'd easily get through their busy nights. Hope whoever is managing this place sees this at some point!! Best taco bell service ive ever had when it was busy and dude had a great attitude unlike alot of fast food experiences ive had.

  Excellent customer service. Extremely clean dining area. The order was perfect. Martez was bubbly and singing as soon as we walked in! Also he knew most of his customers by name. The rest of the staff was great too!

  I have not eaten Taco Bell in years due to the quality in the service but this particular day I was craving some so I went gave it another try. Now this is how a nacho Bell grande definitely should be made. I give all the kudos to the person that made. This definitely will go back to this one. The service was prompt, fast clean and immaculate followed my instructions for my nachos just like I like them. Thank you, Taco Bell members
