At least when you order from those places the food is guaranteed to come out hot and fresh. I ordered the chicken tenders and even waited in line for about 15 minutes for them to still be handed to me cold as a brick.

The line was super long, and after waiting about 20 minutes, they finally told us they didn’t have any barbecue sauce or orange drink. The customer service was terrible — no apology, no effort to make it right. Definitely disappointed with this location.
