- NDNancy DOct 21, 20252.0We stopped about 7 p.m. We were the only customers when we arrived and ordered hot food. It seemed like the food had been sitting there and was reheated, not good. The fries tasted like they'd been microwaved. On the upside, the ice cream was delicious and the staff was pleasant and efficient. Would try it again during a busier time when food might be prepared freshly, because we've eaten at other DQs and the food has been much better.

We got blizzards and they were half way melted and not served to us upside down. There were people behind us because they too looked the hours up online, and were told they would still serve them because they still had dirty dishes to do so they would be there. I gave 4 stars for service because they did make our blizzards. My family is from Tawas, I came to visit from Texas, I haven't been to this DQ in probably 20 years. I'm very disappointed!! I will not be back!
