  THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST SUBWAY IN THE ENTIRE LANSING AREA!! They are rude and they never have fresh toppings. Half of the time they mess up your order. I suggest going to a different subway.

  Food is always fresh and tastes great. I’ve come in several times when the same employee is working, and unfortunately her attitude has been consistently negative. I try to give the benefit of the doubt each time, but it does affect the overall experience. I truly hope she’s able to find something that brings her more happiness.

  Overall bad customer service the front counter lady at 3/3/26 whoever worked that day was extremely rude poor attitude,& gave me and my family a extremely dirty stare as soon as she had to make our food as if she was annoyed to work
