  Horrible service . Worried about being on phones not working. Messed up both subs we ordered . Crappy attitudes. Do better !

  I recently went to here to get my usual order, a Gargantuan. I get it about once a week. I took it home and to my surprise it was very light on all ingredients. I actually go back to the store and speak a manager. She says “here’s the meat, here’s the cheese, there’s nothing I can do.” Very dismissive and unhelpful. A Gargantuan is supposed to be a BIG sandwich, not light on anything. For $21 it better be! But apparently not at this location. Seems like they are skimping on sandwich components to save money for themselves and screw their customers. And the manager needs some better training on how to speak with dissatisfied customers. Needless to say, I will never be back to this location. Do better Jimmy Johns!

  The lake lansing road location is amazing. The staff is always super friendly, the resteraunt is always clean and the subs are always made perfect. Love this place and would highly recommend. Way better than subway
