  Carter and Elijah made me the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. So dry and disgusting. Never will be there again. Also got no kick in ranch when I asked for kick in ranch

  I want to show my appreciation to Jimmy Johns for fixing/correcting my order. I ordered the Hunter club and because of a little misunderstanding I didn't get the whole 16". Only half was delivered probably because I asked for it to be cut in half. Not sure, but it occurred to me that the cost was less than I expected, so I wasn't charged for the whole Hunter. When I called and expressed my disappointment they delivered the other half in 10 - 15 minutes and did not charge me the extra amount for a whole Hunter club sandwich. I love the club sandwiches and am of course now a huge fan of Jimmy Johns, right there on Grand River Dr., East Lansing.

  East Lansing location of of Collingwood. Staff was pleasant and place was noticably clean. Quick service and good food.
