I called back to let them know an ingredient they had might’ve expired, and I threw it away in fear of food poisoning. They were gracious enough to offer to remake it to me if I came back, so when I did later in the afternoon, I asked about the remake and they were able to do it for me. The person who gave it to me said “hope it tastes better” and I thought to defend myself but I knew she didn’t care. Having worked in food service I understand people take advantage of the system but that wasn’t my intention. I just wanted to voice my gratitude for remaking the drink. I’d stay and eat here if the music wasn’t so loud.
