  Wish I could give zero stars! Whoever the girl is working on 2/12/26 at 2pm is extremely rude and for no reason! Second time I've come here because it is close to my house and both times were the same girl and the same poor attitude. Maybe get a different job if you hate it so much? Because treating customers like crap ain't it!!! Whoever owns this franchise needs to look at these reviews and do something about this worker. I will never come back to this location. SMH!

  Well as I’m aware there is a sign posted and online it says they are open at 10am. It is 20 minutes after 10 and I see someone inside yet the doors are locked. I’m hungry and I have a gift card so it’s not like I’m planning on getting food elsewhere. But I did indeed leave. I’m not standing in this cold weather any longer for unwanted service. I’ll just stick to jimmy johns.

  Nothing worse than walking into a restaurant and being stared down like your inconveniencing the staff by coming there. Absolutely no customer service skills, rude, and very unhelpful. After reading all the reviews of this place, I cannot believe that whoever owns this facility has not made a personnel change.

  The lady who is working right now (10/29) around 1:00pm is extremely rude, rolling her eyes when we walked in, any time i asked for something on my sub she sighed.
