Going to this location is very hit or miss on if I’m going to have an enjoyable experience. If either of the women or a gentleman James is working, I know it going to be great. They are bubbly, personable, and make great subs. But if Joe is there, I know he’s going to spend the entire time complaining about whatever, acting like me being there is the biggest inconvenience of his day, and he’s going to smush my sub. Then while I’m paying he’ll apologize for being rude but that he’s just had a rough day. Every. Single. Time. I’ve seen some horrible customer service behaviors from him, telling people who walk in that it’ll be 15 minutes before he can help them due to online orders, and encouraging them to leave. He has put online orders in the toaster, then gone to the back to make a phone call, ignoring when the timer goes off on the toaster, probably burning the sub. He gets one star, zero if possible, and the rest of the team I’ve seen get 5 stars. Jazz is amazing! But if you see a white guy with glasses and a beard, you’re better off going somewhere else.

find a different subway joint, they can’t follow simple instructions, i ordered on doordash and they got the bread choice wrong, couldn’t even toast it, requested no tomatoes and add mayo, i got no mayo but got tomatoes, they forgot my bag of chips mind you, then it looks like they tried to cut my sub with their eyes closed three times. to the employees at this subway, this job is not meant for you

Jus left n regret even coming fr, dude was complaining the whole time bout him cleaning and was ready to go but still had more then 30 min before they closed. Sandwich was so sloppy and the bread he cut open was tore all up. If u hate ur job that much then quit. Grown man complaining to customers that he wanna go home lol
