Firstly, the prices on their menu seem to be higher than those at any other location in the greater Lansing area; they are indeed elevated. When I arrived at the drive-through to place my order, I received the usual greeting. However, when I asked about the price of a specific item, I was met with an aggressive and extremely disrespectful tone from the gentleman taking my order. It’s important to note that I did not raise my voice; I merely asked for the price of a particular item. I responded with, 'Excuse me!' The gentleman repeated his condescending tone in a rude and disrespectful manner. At that moment, I felt anger rising and asked him, 'Who do you think you’re talking to?' His reply was, 'Have a good day, get out of my drive-through.' The level of disrespect I experienced was truly unimaginable. I should also mention I tried to call the restaurant to speak to the manager and no one answered the phone after two calls definitely going to be calling Corporate. I am not one of those people to do something like this under normal circumstances, but their behavior was unacceptable.

Lady was very rude and told me to say I don't want bacon on it next time I go through the drive thru... it does not come with bacon? Got it remade just fine, but why have attitude?
