My dad and I walked in earlier today and I think it’s the best sandwich I’ve ever had from Jimmy John’s. I’m a loyal customer— but today’s was remarkable, and the staff were so friendly. Thanks for making my day :)

Don’t go to this place if you’re hungry or in a rush. Was very hungry and they showed no urgency to satisfy their customers. Had to stand in a crowded space as I was anxiously waiting for my food, unsure as if they were even making it. I had to very reluctantly enjoy my sandwich because of the awful service. The food is good although my sandwich was burnt, but the uninviting waiting space made my sandwich taste a little worse. I expect better service the next time I choose jimmy John’s.

No point in offering toasted subs if the toaster is turned off by employees so subs can't be toasted.

Don’t get ANYTHING delivered or order any large orders for pick up because they will mess them up, they will forget items, if you are not checking them. When you call they say you are down for a replacement. When I call back I’m only down for a bag of chips….. kinda crazy for a 15$ meal and I can’t even get it all at once. Ive been to this lo 3 times and literally all times, my orders are messed up…
