I payed over $5 for a side of queso and chips and they gave me less than 2 oz of the queso and less than a half bag of chips. Not worth the money and very disappointed don't waste your money

- JTJacob TiltonNov 20, 20251.0Want to hear a joke? The Chipotle on Grand River Ave in downtown East Lansing. This Chipotle is so poorly ran it’s honestly just sad. Anytime I want to grab food the line usually has around 8-10 people in it, and you’re bound to wait at least 25 minutes for your turn. If you’re luck they might have dried out chicken and steak that has probably been sitting out for hours, or they will tell you they are out of one or the other, which is absolutely embarrassing during peak hours. This place needs to either be shut down or find new management, because the service here is absolutely pitiful.
