I watched literally 20 people in the normal line and drive thru get their order before I did. Workers came out like 5 times to get my name. Cherry on top was my food was stone cold. Absoluetly unacceptable service. Will avoid this location like the plague.

The employees inside literally cannot handle making more than one item without stepping out to the back for an additional 5 minutes. Parking situation is also a mess. I am writing this in the chipolane line, and it has currently been 35 minutes and counting. I work have left, but your car gets blocked in once you’re in line

I have been to this location 3 times and 2 of the times that happened, and the other time they forgot to add chicken and lettuce in my bowl (and still charged me for it). Try to avoid this location if you can.

Signature items all sold out. No sense of urgency drive through having to take food from off hot line to set ice drive through. Will not visit this location again.
