  The employee taking drive-thru orders around 9 PM displayed an extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and inappropriate attitude throughout our entire interaction. She repeatedly struggled to understand our order, which led to multiple mistakes, including forgetting all 5 shakes we had ordered. As a result, we had to go back through the drive-thru to correct an error that should not have happened in the first place. What made the experience even more upsetting was the way we were treated when attempting to resolve the issue. Rather than acknowledging the mistake and handling it professionally, she accused us of trying to get free food, which was both insulting and completely unacceptable. Being spoken to in such a dismissive and accusatory manner was genuinely frustrating and offensive. Additionally, while we were politely asking the young lady at the window about the cost, we overheard the employee abruptly and rudely shout “25!” Her tone, behavior, and complete lack of professionalism created an uncomfortable and hostile environment. I especially felt sorry for the young lady at the window, who seemed polite and respectful while having to work alongside someone behaving in such a harsh and inappropriate way. This experience was disappointing, upsetting, and far below the level of customer service anyone should have to deal with. Please get her out.

  I pray that the person at the window gets better co-workers. I went through the drive thru and the lady taking our order was being extremely rude and having sarcastic attitude with us in the way you shouldn't talk to customers. The lady at the window was very nice but the lady in the back working the closing shift on Sunday, April 5th, needs their contract exterminated immediately!!

  added random tenders to a 20 piece meal, the lady taking orders in the drive through was very rude taking our order, then proceeded to say that we were trying to steal when we politely asked about how we asked for shakes and could pull around to re order, she proceeded to say that we were trying to steal. I feel very bad for the young lady at the window that has to deal with her poor service and terrible attitude. She needs to be dealt with accordingly for her outrageous actions hopefully resulting in immediate termination of her employment. this isn’t the first and won’t be the last time she treats your customers in this way.

  I'm sorry for the young girl at the window dealing with the older one nagging in the back. The lady at the kiosk was rude taking our order and unable to comprehend just a customer order. Then we are accused of "trying to get free food" after the lady forgot some drinks on the order when we spun back around to PAY for the drinks. The lady that works around 9 oclock needs to not talk to customers no more and be fired.

  Lady who looks the witch from snow white ruins that place. Great employees for the most part and almost all managers do great. Short staffed and plenty of reasons why service is way it is.
