One that only had ketchup up on it. They had entire full kitchen when we went in there im not entirely sure how if you only have one customer a full kitchen staff you manage to get an order out slow and wrong.

The burger or the bacon wasn't even warn enough to melt the cheese. I have never been so disappointed in a Baconator, ever 😞. My first time at the Durand, MI location.... a big fat disappointment.

This results in the employees not hearing you when you order your food or it gets screwed up. After dealing with it for 5 years I am done with letting it slide. Fix the damn speaker for Pete's sake.
