The service here is super slow even if they are completely empty. We were the only customers they had and they still managed to get 3 of our sandwiches wrong. One that only had ketchup up on it. They had entire full kitchen when we went in there im not entirely sure how if you only have one customer a full kitchen staff you manage to get an order out slow and wrong.

I ordered a Baconator (for me) and Son of Baconator (for my mom). The mayo was non existent and the Bacon was so under cooked it was just rubbery fat. The burger or the bacon wasn't even warn enough to melt the cheese. I have never been so disappointed in a Baconator, ever 😞. My first time at the Durand, MI location.... a big fat disappointment.

The speaker at this Wendy's drive thru has been broken for at least 5 years maybe more. It's the owners responsibility to fix it but he won't do it. This results in the employees not hearing you when you order your food or it gets screwed up. After dealing with it for 5 years I am done with letting it slide. Fix the damn speaker for Pete's sake.

Went to the drive through and waited 20 minutes for someone to ask for my order and nobody did, all the cars in front of me were gone and had their orders by the time i pulled around to leave becausei was sock of waiting. Myself and another customer left without one word from anyone.
