  Cannot order here at night because I consistently find black hair in my food. (I don’t have black hair) and it’s imbedded in the burritos and quesadillas. Also always missing something, never consistent.

  I was trying to prove a point that red sauce and Mexican pizza sauce were 2 different things so I ordered a side of both…I got all red sauce and they did use red sauce for that pizza… I worked for Taco Bell for 6 plus years and I know the difference…they are made different and taste different. Plus I got charged different prices for the red sauce and Mexican pizza sauce but only received red sauce…4 sides of it and no Mexican pizza sauce. UPDATE: TRIED THIS AGAIN AND ONCE AGAIN CHARGED FOR 2 DIFFERANT SAUCES BUT WAS ONLY GIVEN RED SAUCE. PLUS THEY FORGOT SOME ITEMS AND WE WENT BACK AND GOT THEM PLUS THE ISDE OF PIZZA SAUCE. THE CRUNCHWRAP WAS HORRIBLE, ALL THE MEAT WAS IN ONE CLUMP BEANS IN ANOTHER WHICH HAD HARLEY ANY OF EITHER IT WS MOSTLY SHELL

  We decided to order from the Taco Bell in Durand, Mi. It’s been a while since we have ordered from here. They are still the worst Taco Bell. The food was not made fresh. I called the location and of course they blamed the DoorDasher who delivered our order. The man who answered the phone was rude, unprofessional, not friendly, as well as a few choice words that I’ll keep to myself. I also called corporate and that rep also blew us off. I’m sure they don’t care, but we won’t return to this location.

  Mexican pizza tastes like chemicals! Ordered 2 different times and it was not edible. Googled this and others have reported it as bad frying oil. So bad I couldn’t eat it. Never have time to go back so a big waste of money

  Please tell me why this franchise continuously LOCKS THE DOOR during PRIME LUNCH hours? You are losing a lot of business by refusing to let people visit your business and buy your products. The day management should be replaced with someone who actually wants your business to be profitable.
