There were only 3 cars total in the drive thru including us. We waited about 5 minutes in front of the speaker. Then the worker just said " welcome to Wendy's, I'll be with you when I can". While we waited in front of the window I saw at least 5 different workers. Our food was terrible. The buns to put burgers were hard as rocks, fries cold and unsalted, the nuggets were weirdly squishy. Will never visit this Wendy's again.

Mind you I was dinning inn and only one person was in front of me! 2 people went on break during lunch time, 1 employee walking around inside kitchen phone blaring on speaker as they were talking to family or something. This location needs help! Management needs a change asap. After reading previous reviews I do not think I'm the only one.

Last 3 times I've went the nuggets have been horrendously undercooked and rubbery, the first couple times I gave them the benefit of the doubt but this 3rd time I went back and asked for better nuggets, as mine were pure soft rubber. The guy brings up the manager and the manager tells me that's just how the nuggets are now. No refund offered, but don't worry, he offered me more soft rubbery chicken nuggets.
