- MMMaggieFeb 24, 20262.0The last 5 or so times I have come here they have gotten my order right EXCEPT for the crunchwraps....They are either falling apart before I even take it out of the bag or just not wrapped properly. Today I got a crunchwrap MEAL plus quesdillas, but WITHOUT the crunch wrap. I got everything else that the meal came with (taco and drink) but not the main part of the meal that cost me the most money. There is no point in going back or calling since they are mostly rude when things like this happen anyway. I order for more than one person so this is really disappointing that every time they mess up the same thing...or apparently dont do it.

Every time she comes to the window she has a nasty attitude, wears no gloves, and she’s very rude when it comes down to not having the correct order. I understand there’s a limit on how long they have a car in line. However, your management should NOT be getting snappy with both the customer and employee at the window trying to receive a different drink order because she’s not ordering in the correct stock.
